Strength in Vulnerability, Vulnerability in Strength.
Acting. Intimacy. Movement.
ABout me
I am an actor, choreographer, and mental health professional based in Norther Colorado. In 2020 graduated from Florida State University with a BFA in Acting with a specialization in Intimacy Choreography. During the pandemic, I began teaching Mental Health First Aid through Theatrical Intimacy Education. In 2022, I was inspired to get a Master of Social Work from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. I now work in Northern Colorado as a therapist for people on Medicaid by day and continue to explore my artistry by night.
As a storyteller, my goal is to share deep, complicated stories. I have worked both on stage and on camera and love to do it all. Storytelling is an expressive outlet that allows me to play outside of my comfort zone and lean into the mess life has to offer.
From 2019-2022, I trained and worked professionally as an intimacy choreographer for stage and screen. I am passionate about crafting contact and empowering the collaboration between actors and the creative team.
I did martial arts for a decade growing up. Tae Kwon Do showed me the strength of my body, the power of my voice, and the courage in my heart. With this physical background, I developed a love for dynamic movement at a young age. I discovered stage combat as a child and began my technical education of Stage Combat and Stunts in college under the mentorship of Jason Paul Tate of Neutral Chaos Combat.
I prioritize collaboration, connection, and storytelling.
